Valley AIDS Council and The Universidad de Monterrey, School of Medicine, are working together in an education and outreach project.

Dr Garcia has been named to the CDC Standards Committee on HIV Care.
The Valley AIDS Council is a part of the University of Texas Regional Academic Health Center.

Valley AIDS Council (VAC) is a private, non-profit organization which provides primary outpatient care and support services to men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS in South Texas.
