Notice of Intent Email due: Monday, January 29, 2018
Full proposals due: Monday, February 19, 2018, no later than 5pm.
Upon review of this RFP, if the applicant has any questions, or concerns, including ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or any other error, please immediately notify Mr. Cantú, CEO in writing, delivered via e-mail to [email protected] and request a clarification and/or modification of this RFP. All such inquiries shall include name, telephone number and e-mail address. On the subject line of the e-mail state: “HIV Lab Services RFP Question”.
